FMLS & GAMLS LISTING ENTRY
Just fill out a Dual Entry Form and we will enter your listing into FMLS & GMLS
 
LISTING PHOTO PORTFOLIO UPLOAD
We will organize & upload your listing photos to ensure a natural flow for consumers
 
SHOWING TIME SET UP
We will link Showing Time service to the listing in FMLS & GAMLS for easy scheduling
 
NEXT DAY SERVICE
In order for your Listing to go live in the MLS Services in a timely fashion, all completed forms must be submitted to Transaction Coordinator no later than 1:00pm the Day Before it is to go live.

(Any listings submitted after the 1pm cutoff time will be entered before noon the next business day.)
 
PAYMENT PROCEDURES
For the Basic Listing Service, the agent will pay $49 through the checkout process on this site.
